The vets at Medivet Beckenham have been incredible for all of our dogs treatments and needs, he unfortunately needed to stay with them when he got quite sick but they looked after him so well he gets excited every time we go back!

The vet was very welcoming and treated my dog swiftly, but the room where my dog was examined wasn’t very clean. There was still hair from the previous patient on the examination table, and considering that my dog had an open wound it could have been better sanitised. Even a wipe down of the table would have been better.

Receptionist was exceptional in helping with our situation. Very polite and professional. The young female vet was also exceptional. Friendly professional and listened to explanation of our pets problem. Was kind and as gentle as could be with our puppy Teddy.

Amazing service at short notice to help us out at midnight on a Saturday. Vet was brilliant - I can’t remember her name but it was the night shift overnight 30-31 May. So fantastic to have this service.

This Medivet 24/7 emergency practice saved us many times when we had emergencies with our pets during out of hours. Very high quality service and they were able to accommodate us very quickly. When it was necessary in order to have further treatment, they arranged a very quick booking and referral to the Royal Veterinary College Hospital, where we got emergency care very fast

1 - I booked the appointment online but was told on the day that I needed to have booked a 30 min slot. This is not obvious when booking and seems silly that it lets you book shorter ones. Although the vet was kind enough to still see us
2 - the vet said she would email me some follow up info and prices for potential treatment ao that I could review and get back to you. She also said I needed to get back to you asap - but as yet she hasn’t emailed and no one has responded to my email asking for it
