Overall not happy with the treatment me and my 16 year old dog received, we came in for dental treatment and before I knew it I had spent over £300 on just blood test and was told that he needed ultrasound test, X rays and yet more blood tests done. His liver results was high because it the infection in his mouth and was told he might have a tumour in his nose because it was swollen, that is not the case as he is on antibiotics for the tooth infection and the swelling has gone down now, it was very difficult to get a straight answer from the vet I saw, there was a lot of if when and buts.

The vet was ok but it was not easy to understand what was being explained to me, even after I spent over £300 at my visit and after my dog had a blood test, it was still unclear what was happening, he had dental problems, after blood test came back there was a 100 things wrong with him which would require more investigation such as ultra scan, X rays and yet more blood tests, to be honest I felt like they were just out for money and not really interested in my dog, so over all I was not that happy with the treatment me or my dog received.

The worst practice I’ve been to. The staff are awful, not empathic and they all have awful client care ethics. Lost our cat here and received awful service, non empathy from the staff or calls about her condition. I would avoid this practice at all costs! Please do because your pets will not be given the best service

I loved that the receptionist was knowledgable about where my guinea pig could receive treatment and still offered me emergency care for him. The vet was super friendly and my guinea pig really got on well with her. The facilities were spacious and clean and i felt very comfortable and confident in the practice

My dog Miso was admitted as an emergency, I can't fault the care she's had so far, both Vets that are looking after her have been really helpful and patient, calling to explain what's happening at each stage.
I would transfer to this vet for regular care if I lived closer.

Every vet my dog has had since joining has been wonderful, and given him excellent care. He’s needed a lot of appointments for the last few months so we made a habit of asking for Dr Dara, who is so kind and always takes the extra time to explain the details. He’s really benefitted from the extra predictability of seeing the same vet :) can’t speak highly enough of this practice - they’ve saved his life too many times and I’m so glad they are 24/7.
