I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Lisbon in 2015. I also trained in Barcelona during my degree. I joined Medivet in 2016 and have worked in a variety of clinics across London, joining permanently the Camberwell team in February 2023 and finally becoming Partner in February 2024. I hold a certificate in Internal Medicine and I am working towards a certificate in ultrasonography. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine and have a particular interest in abdominal ultrasonography and management of medical cases. Outside of work I have a passion for travelling, reading and music and I escape to trek in nature whenever possible. I share my home with two very cheeky cats called Café and Luar who my partner and I have rescued.

I graduated in Veterinary Medicine in the University of Teramo, Italy, in 2016. After completing an internship in Italy, I moved to the UK where I started my career with Medivet in 2018. In 2023 I have relocated to Medivet Camberwell, where I enjoy my work in internal medicine, abdominal ultrasonography, and clinical pathology, with a particular interest in cytology and clinical oncology. I am currently working towards my Internal Medicine certificate. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, travelling, classical music and rock climbing.

Services we offer

With our 15-minute consultations, you have enough time to ask our expert vets any - and every - question you might have regarding your pet’s health and lifestyle.

Emergencies don't keep office hours. Our hospital is open 24 hours, with vets and nurses on site and ready to see you, whatever the time.

Your local Medivet practice will be able to issue an Animal Health Certificate for EU travel.

CT (a detailed body scan), digital x-ray and ultrasound are all available on site. Having the kit in one place can make it easier to look at what's going on and plan what comes next.

Caring for all aspects of your pet’s oral health is easy with our excellent dental facilities.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, non-invasive test used to detect certain defects in your pet’s heart.

Using a tiny, flexible camera, we’re able to view internal body parts with little surgical intervention.

We know that sometimes it just isn’t possible for you or your pet to travel into one of our practices to receive care. At times like this, our capable and compassionate veterinary teams often offer at home visits.

Quick and efficient testing at our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories is just one aspect of the exceptional care we offer.

Our experienced orthopaedic team look after pets when bones, joints or ligaments need a closer look.

Neutering is a medical procedure that prevents pets from being able to reproduce, and comes with a host of other health benefits.

Ultrasound lets us look inside the abdomen and the heart without surgery or sedation. It's often the natural next step after blood work when something isn't quite adding up.

Vet Blood Supplies is part of the Medivet community, and together we work to save the lives of dogs across the country.

We use x-ray machines to quickly diagnose issues that might affect your pet.

  • Your Vet in Camberwell

We are a kind and caring team based in Camberwell, who are dedicated to providing exceptional care 24-hours a day 7 days a week. We understand your pet is a beloved member of your family, which is why we are pleased to be able to offer you a full range of veterinary services and facilities, including CT equipment and advanced surgical procedures.

We have a brand new team of daytime vets to compliment our new look practice. We're looking forward to welcoming you and caring for your pets.

  • Surgery, looked after through every step

Surgery for a pet is rarely a small thing for the person on the other side of the door. Whether it's a routine spay or something more involved, the same team prepares, operates and looks after your pet through recovery. You'll get a call when they're awake, and we'll talk you through what comes next.

You cared for our dog, Peggy, (and us!) at quite a traumatic time. We came as an emergency referral from another Medivet clinic and not only were we seen immediately, you took quick action to support our dog’s care and ultimately supported her getting everything she needed for a speedy recovery. You could see we were distressed at her being admitted and Elika sent a lovely email with photos of Peggy when she was all settled in. While she was with you we had twice daily calls with Nicole to explain how she was doing, with very thorough and comprehensive updates about her care plan and how she was responding. You even allowed us to come and visit and supported that while she was in isolation. We were very moved by your compassion and care and are so relieved she’s recovered so well. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, sorry, but so grateful to everyone who looked after Peggy so well - thank you.

Contacted as we found a stray cat very underweight with maggots in fur. They wanted to charge us £130 just to bring it in plus the cost of whatever treatment they provided. After speaking with the RSPCA we learned that they have a duty of care and should not be charging for a stray. Go to Medivet Beckenham instead very helpful and caring.

Recurring issues with this practice, including them giving my dog expired vaccines, rude staff, getting an intial request to pay over £300 to clip A broken nail for a service that I had already paid £70 before and was finally charged £140 (after complaining). Unexplained costs increases, visibly stressed and unprofessional vet who, responding to feedback, says “you clearly don’t like the service… you should find another practice” rather than suggesting improvements or taking feedback onboard. This is a health practice and they seem to forget this. Whilst waiting in reception I could also hear the receptionists complaining about the same vet that saw me and the way she spoke to one of them. This vet is not prepared to be client facing and was audibly cursing at her computer during my appointment, then had a meltdown with me even when I shared feedback in a considered and respectful way. This practice needs serious attention and improvements to ensure safety of pets is not at risk due to some negligence and unprofessional behaviours

Our elderly cat became unwell in the early hours of the morning, so we brought her to Medivet Camberwell. Nurse Elika and vet Thy were incredible; their professionalism, compassion and care made an incredibly difficult experience much easier for our family. Elika even ran out to assist us as quickly as possible and immediately made sure our cat received the care she needed! My family and I are beyond grateful for their kindness, compassion and support, helping to make such a difficult time as gentle and peaceful as possible.
