We’d moved into the area and ha d to swap vets for convenience .
Biggin hill Medivets were efficient , friendly , compassionate and dot on time.
It was a simple process and would recommend anyone to go there with their pets!

The only issue i have is that vets seem to regularly overcharge. I was quoted over £800 for my cat to have a tooth cleaned which seems excessive. When i queried this i was told it was gold standard and likely would only be a couple hundred if not to gold standard. Ive not received the second non gold standard quote so havent gone ahead. Another time my dog had an upset stomach. Vets were great fitting us in tne same day but then i pay over £200 for medication. 3/4 of which was never even used because he got better. The service is great, the staff are great but i really think that prices sometimes are totally over inflated.

We experienced end of life care for our much loved elderly dog. The Care he received was exemplary: Compassionate and thoughtful for both him and for us. Thank you to Anna, Rhiannon and Emma at the Darwin Practice.
