Seeing Medivet open again is very difficult for me. Shortly before the practice close, I contact them because my pet urgently needed treatment and I was told they will not be able to help. I don’t have my pet anymore and I strongly feel that the lack of support I received at that time played a part on that. So I have to ask, is this practice being run now by the same people who refused care when it was most needed? Before anyone put their trust here again, it is important to understand if anything have actually changed.

Lovely to be back at the Birstall branch. It will be great when it is up and running normally again. Kishen was fabulous with me and my pet as usual and the receptionist who I have never met before.. was so lovely and helpful

Absolutely brilliant staff . Lucky my dog was ok but staff was amazing and easy to get appointment
