After a messy 3 phone calls being told my dogs flea / tick pre paid tablets were being requested - I was told on the 3rd call it actually was not possible - and had to come in. Maybe was good thing in the end (by default) as Margo had a grass seed in her ear. I revisited the next day, to have it removed, as she was already in a high state of distress. Coming back - the same young lovely vet, managed to extract it within a dogged determination! Well done to her. And thank you very much. A special mention to Stacey too, for all her help & kindness. Pls pass on

Appointment was for 8.15 though I was there for 8.00. Vet had not arrived by 8.45 so left and came back next day. Following day was fine. I hate waiting around when I am early or on time. Practice needs to up it's game, used to be much better pre-medivet.

Really good visit for my two dogs check up.

I left this practice for a vet closer to home, thinking convenience would be better — but I was wrong. After returning, I was reminded just how friendly, attentive, and caring the entire team is. They genuinely put my cat first, take the time to explain options, and never make you feel rushed. On top of that, they’re far more cost-effective than the other practice. I never should have left and I’m so glad to be back. Highly recommend to any pet owner.

Card machine was not working properly so couldn’t pay bill. I was told I would get a call later in the day so I could pay over phone but as yet no one has called. My appointment was Thursday am it’s now Saturday.

We are a veterinary practice located near the centre of Bromley. We have many clients from Bromley, Chislehurst, Keston, Chelsfield and Orpington. What distinguishes us from most other practices is that we have longer consultations, and we use this extra time to rigorously assess your pet and thoroughly discuss the tests and treatment options with you. Because of this relationship, we know our clients well, and over the years, come to think of them as friends. We have many clients who have been coming to us for over forty years.
