Tracey on reception is very welcoming and easy to talk to. The waiting room was clean and I was seen on time. Ana the vet was very thorough and patient with my anxious dog.
Paying the bill is never pleasant but it was an easy transaction.
I wish it was still St. Runwalds....always will be called that by me.... and the small private practice it was when I joined but all in all I was satisfied with the service I received

This practice provides exceptional care for my dogs in all respects. I always feel assured that my pets are dealt with in the most professional,caring and friendly manner.

Very good , but the cost of 57.77 pounds for 5 minutes to tell me my dog is OK, way to high, but good news , I think you need to take a step back and understand that some of us can't afford it so the pets will suffer

All the staff are kind and considerate. The receptionists are a delight and always smiling. The vets are obviously caring and so lovely with my little dog
