My pets vet Simon is absolutely excellent, he has looked after my dog Sally since she was a pup and she is 15 now. All of the staff are brilliant, I couldn't wish for better.

I didn’t feel that the vet had the best interest of my dog as a priority.
I attended one appointment and the vet couldn’t make a confident diagnosis so no treatment was agreed at that point and the potential developments of the symptoms were described which would determine the right treatment
I called back 36 hours later to describe the change and get the medication agreed but told it was a different vet so it would need a new consultation, when I challenged this was offered a prescription for the wrong thing even though I’d shared photos of the issue.
It feels like money is more important than welfare
