Always a smile from staff when entering practice, all staff are helpful, polite and put you at ease. Vets are kind to our pet and explain all that needs to be checked and if giving treatment the best way to administer. Really recommend.

Sofia cat was very anxious today but we were greeted by a fabulous receptionist who was so very kind , talking and stroking Sofia .. The vet was also so very lovely too showing compassion …The kindness and compassion of your staff to us went above and beyond.

Reception was fine. Very friendly and and made friends with our dog
Once in surgery room, the vet did not show any experience of how to treat our dog. Murphy our dog wasn’t very cooperative so the vet didn’t bother checking his ears, teeth, heart etc. he couldn’t get the kennel cough administered, so just took pot luck. Half of it must have gone on me and the other injection again he just fired into Murphys back. ( I paid for this in-completed treatment.)
Once home after a couple of hours Murphy got very poorly. To the point I thought we were going to loose him. I phoned the vet. He just said it would be reaction to injection. It wasn’t until the next morning that our dog was back to his usual self
