It’s just sometimes the cost of the treatments for the animals are expensive and not everyone can afford them.

Our Husky's weepy eye was thoroughly examined and medication dispensed efficiently.
The only problem is getting the drops into Natasha's eye - she thinks it's a wonderful excuse for a rather physical game!

Would like to see improved clarity/transparency around charges as well as good explanation of reason for recommended procedures - offering up of available options in respect of pet's wellbeing.
