Our vet was superb. My dog had suffered what we now know was a severe bleed on the brain following a seizure and the quick actions of the staff at this practice saved his life. I will be forever grateful to all the staff who cared for him.

I have lived in heacham for nearly 24 years and have had many pets over the years mostly Persian cats 6 in all and have always had excellent care for them thank you

I really like the new vet and staff. It was the first time she met my two dogs and I felt she really understood their needs as they are both very anxious and can’t react once on the table. I loved how she and the nurse made myself feel less anxious by taking over holding my boy when he got a bit thrashy in my arms to do his vaccinations. It was so reassuring to hear “don’t worry, we are trained to hold them” when I felt I couldn’t. Not that I ever think they’re not trained obviously, but in that moment it took the pressure of me as I always feel so responsible for how my dogs react to people so it’s nice that they took over with no fear.
I don’t think my dogs will ever like going to the vets but at least it was less stressful for me this time so thank you.

The Vet and the Nurse, Were both very good with my dog and took into account how anxious and upset she was regarding her treatment and handled her wellbeing exceptionally well. I am very pleased with the care and information I have been given.
