Great local practice with a lovely team but being that Medivet is a corporate company I feel it is quite pricey, but my cat always gets the care he needs.

Been coming to zasmans vets for years for my dog. Everything used to be good until staff members has changed. The reception team has no value of customers and the customer service is ridiculous. I've spent thousands In this clinic and everythime I go I get disrespected by the receptionist team. They judge me based on my looks my race and my sexuality. I don't understand why they are in this work profession abd think its okay to judge someone based on religion or sexuality this is unacceptable and disappointing. MERIAM AND THE HEAD NURSE IN CHARGE TODAY REALLY HAS PROVEN MY POINT. MERIAM THE RECEPTIONIST was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me today and made me feel uneasy being at the clinic I will be taking legal advise on zasmans vet for they racial and sexual profiling towards me. I called back asking for a manager yet again MERIAM RAISED HER VOICE and told me there's no managers here after I told her so the vets is unsupervised she told me with aggression I didn't say that we have head nurse in charge. The head nurse in charged who I've spoken to also gave me grief on the phone and told me to complain to the management team and Benjamin also Rodney as she didn't care. She told me you've upset my members of staff when you call. And my response was its a doggy dog world if they disrespected me I will speak the truth and if that upset them then that's on them. This clinic has turned horrible and disrespectful they need to get it together. Never again I will come back to this clinic for my dogs future birth and my dogs future leg operations. They will hear from my Lawyers and I will demand respect. Its not my fault that they racially profiled me also profile me on my sexuality. (Disgusting).

Had my rabbit go to this vets for years 5 years plus to then be called day of an appointment one hour before that they thinks it best I find another vets they would take my money today but don’t really have a vet for my pet very cold person on phone didn’t care at all I cancelled the appointment as want my pet to be seen by a vet who cares not one that just wants money very unprofessional

I never visited your vets. Perhaps you treated my stolen cat which I have told you before has been stolen and the people who have taken him should be reported. The cat is in the lost cat register. Didn’t you check his chip?

You keep asking me about a visit and how you did. Are you asking because someone came in with my stolen cat that is on the list cat register and you didn’t verify they tee the owner? I hope you haven’t invoiced me for a visit and treatment I didn’t authorise?

Excellent front of house staff, especially Jo and we miss Natalie since her well deserved promotion but we know she is running the books.
