Everyone is so caring, professional and friendly at our Medivets practices in Kenilworth and Leamington SPA. Our receptionists always go above and beyond, and I feel like I can trust our vets and vet nurses so much.

Cost of basic annual vaccinations has increased dramatically year on year, too keen to sell monthly payment plan & dog not examined, despite being no different in behaviour from previous year, nervous of vets unfortunately
Also waited over 10 minutes, increasing dogs anxiety, deliberately booked end of day to be seen promptly as discussed at time of booking in person

The Kenilworth team are excellent as always. Tim is a very attentive and knowledgeable and even started the appointment early to help out.

I was mistaken and turned up for an appointment that was a week later, the staff were ever so kind and helpful and managed to get my dog in to see a vet for her health check. A big thanks to all the team.

Tim the vet had been recommended by someone who's dog appeared to have a similar issue to our boy. Tim was extremely thorough, took plenty of time to explain and outline the potential issues
