Your receptionist was 10 minutes late to open the practice, when she came in she treated us and the waiting vets like an inconvenience, she was rude throughout and not once apologised for the delay when she finally showed up with all her groceries for the day

The practice is very good now, perhaps still a bit on the expensive side, but otherwise we are very happy
