Very professional and very kind staff. They take great care of the animals and speak very nicely and the experience that made me trust them more is a heartfelt one: they saved my cat from certain death and for that I am very grateful. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and respect you for the work you do.

I am very happy with the service and the staff at Medivet. They are wonderful people, very understanding, friendly and very kind. At my last appointment with Tommy (my cat) I was late because of traffic and a terrible rain, I called to announce that I would be coming later than scheduled and the receptionist was very nice and kind to tell me that it was no problem, that they are very understanding and good professionals. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the services they provide.

The online booking system doesn't work.
I much preferred the vet Jan, he totally understands my dogs problem. The vet i saw wasn't so good. It a reoccurring issue but she thinks she should get worse before the medication is issued. That will be another visit/ more costs. I felt she didn't listen to me.

All of the staff are very friendly, kind and compassionate.
The animals welfare is never compromised ( from my experience)
I would highly recommend this surgery.
My only wish is that all of the local surgeries, not just this one had availability for emergencies out of hours, etc. Trying to find the emergency vets in a different area ( lets say at 2am) with a sick animal fills me with dread for myself and my pet!
I do feel the new animal hospital that is coming to Rugby very soon and will be manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week will encourage people to register there, not just from Medivet but from all the different vets in Rugby and surrounding areas.
