Lovely reception staff who greeted Rupert warmly when i took him for his annual vaccinations. Vet very thorough with examination and listened to a couple of problems i was anxious about. He took him to another consulting room where the problems were dealt with efficiently and I came away with a very happy cockapoo. All the staff are friendly helpful and caring.

Despite receiving reminder of date and time I arrived at wrong time. Staff were lovely and understanding and rebooked for next working day. Rupert's consultation was carried out on time after warm welcome from reception. Male vet gave thorough examination annual vacs and answered and dealt with a couple of problems I'd raised by taking Rupert to another room to carry out. Rupert came out totally unstressed with problems sorted. Lovely staff happy dog and owner.

Since losing its independence the feel of the practice has changed, especially so since ‘original’ vets departed to be replaced by a series of locums (some better than others). This had meant any continuity of care has been lost and the feeling now is that it is more about money making and less about care for the animals. But for my cats being poor travellers I would be looking to change practice.

All staff - vet, veterinary nurse and receptionist were all really kind, polite and caring towards me and my cat. My cat is very anxious so I very much appreciate their caring and understanding nature. Very happy with the service - thankyou
