Overnight emergency?
When it’s the middle of the night and your pet needs urgent care, Medivet offers clear, round-the-clock support. Overnight emergency consultations are a fixed £130, around 35% lower than the national average, with no extra medication charges at night.
Available from 7pm to 9am at local 24-hour Medivet practice, this means you can get your pet seen quickly without the added stress of uncertain costs. Whether it’s a sudden illness, a worrying change, or something that just can’t wait until morning, you can count on straightforward care when you need it most.

Making a complaint
We want every visit to feel supportive, straightforward and centred on the best care for you and your pet. But if something hasn't gone as expected, please know it's always easy to tell us. Start by speaking to your local practice team, who will do their best to put things right. If you feel the issue hasn't been resolved, you can follow our formal complaints process here.
