2 6-month Health care plan visits this week. Both cats were seen by the lovely nurse, Ellie (she and one of my cats have a mutual fan club going!). She couldn't do enough to help and explain things when necessary. Also helped by recommending products to help with the cats' teeth. The practice as a whole have been brilliant this week - highly recommended- thank you!
