I qualified in 1999 from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and completed an internship in small animal surgery and anaesthesia in 2002. I moved to the UK in 2003 to work as a small animal vet for two other practices in Sussex and Surrey, and joined Sutton in August 2008. I became a partner here in August 2017. Over the years I’ve gained knowledge and expertise in all aspects of surgery; soft tissue and orthopaedics, radiography, analgesia and rehabilitation following musculoskeletal disorders. I also recently completed a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery.

We waited over a week (with several chasers) for a quote for a minor procedure that we were promised 4 times would be with us by the “end of the day”. When it did arrive it was extortionate - £1700 for removal of a small mass. Whilst the receptionist was helpful, the “partner” utterly refused to give any explanation for the high costs or give any discount for making us wait. By comparison, a spay procedure cost c£350 but the same general anesthetic used for this they were charging over £900! Apparently prices are “set by head office” After we challenged them and requested explanation of the charges we received an email saying that they would no longer be willing to treat our dog because it should be built on “trust and respect”. Trust and respect is earned and you failed to do so! EDIT: took her to another vet who advised she probably didn’t need it removed but if we wanted it done it would be £700. It fell off on its own within a few weeks! Scandalous from Medivet.

My cat has been very happy for 17 years under their care. However, their prices are way too high now, as is the case across much of the vets in Britain due to the cartel that control many of them. Over £200 for a prescription and blood test now?!

All staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The vet took time to examine our dog and gave her time to warm to him and even though she's frightened of coming to the vet, in the end she made friends with him. Thank you

Medivet is a lovely vet. My puppy is well looked after every time we have a health check up. They have a loving relationship with lady and lady has a loving relationship with a couple vets she’s met more than once! I do try and always get her the vet she feels more comfortable with. But they are all 🥰 I would reccomend them as they are so supportive of both pet and owner.

Just for the record, you practice need"S to buckle up and and face reality on how to Conduct a proper customer service with your clients over the fone and in person which performance wise on their behalf is on a very poor level and it seems like they don't have the right training or acknowledgement to answer accordingly the answer's to the questions they have been asked regarding Services- Appointments, Database, packages they sell or their workplace as a practices and other etc's regarding your pet history... Over the year you guys have been very unprofessional on many occasions and having poor staff knowledge of Services you provide and what to be expected out of packages you sell which is unacceptable for a provider and your veterinarian practice level is..."" I will leave it to your imagination Since reality and Circumstances is not a fact for Medivet or their uper Management-Palacho Once you point out an address thing personally '"" as a veterinarian clinic which is ridiculous, it seems like they always want to rush things and get it over with and get the next victim in so that you could mooch off some more money $$$$, very poor behavior...🤦‍♂️ shame shame shame

Such a great experience. We had to put our cat down and the team were amazing especially as I was a blubbering mess. Such a great vet surgery, all the team including receptions and super kind and helpful. I think it was Paolo that did the euthanasia and he was brilliant. We cannot thank you enough
