I was very worried about my puppy and was able to book an appointment and take him in within the hour, as he wasn't himself and wasn't eating or drinking at all. I won't hesitate to return to this branch even though its a little further to travel. Wonderful staff.. Great with pets and their human families. ❤️

Since this practice has been taken over by Medivet it is financially driven with hidden costs and unnecessary procedures added to your bill. I cant fault the vets themselves just the management and focus of this company. Miney first, pet second

Can’t fault this practice from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The level of care for animals is excellent and the efforts made to see each one as an individual is so appreciated. Unfortunately I’ve been a regular visitor with 2 dogs recently but I’m always confident they’re getting the best there is.

Registered with Cygnet when we first moved here. Had to register with another vet for our farm animals. Have moved back to just Swanland since selling our farm animals and are VERY happy! The personal service and genuine care for animals is totally apparent from ALL staff. Would never go elsewhere. Thank you all. X
