Definitions

• Promoter: Medivet Group Limited (trading as Medivet & Partners) (company number 03481736), registered office at First Floor, Hyde, 38 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1HZ.
• Scheme Name: Refer a Partner Scheme.
• Promotion Period: From Thursday 24 April 2026 0:00am (GMT) to Sunday 31 May 2026 11:59pm (GMT).
• Territory: United Kingdom.
• Reward: £10,000 (subject to these Terms and Conditions).
• Referrer: Any individual who submits a referral under this Scheme.
• Referred Candidate: The individual introduced to Medivet & Partners by the Referrer.
• Partner: An individual who enters into a Partner Agreement with Medivet & Partners, including those who sign a Partner Agreement within 6 months of commencing employment with Medivet & Partners.

1. About the Scheme

1.1 The Scheme enables individuals to refer candidates for Partner opportunities within Medivet & Partners.

1.2 A Referrer may be eligible to receive the Reward where their referral results in the Referred Candidate becoming a Partner, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

2.2 Referrals must relate to candidates who are external to Medivet & Partners.

2.3 This Scheme is applicable to individuals who are not employees of Medivet & Partners. Medivet & Partners employees should refer to the internal referral scheme policy.

2.4 Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. How to make a referral

3.1 Referrals must be submitted by email to partnerships@medivet.co.uk during the Promotion Period.

3.2 The Referrer must:

• provide sufficient details about the Referred Candidate; and
• confirm that the Referred Candidate has consented to their personal data being shared.

3.3 Medivet & Partners may request additional information to validate a referral.

4. Valid referrals

4.1 A referral will only be considered valid where:

• it is received during the Promotion Period and before the Referred Candidate has signed a Partner Agreement; and
• the Referred Candidate is not already actively engaged in a Partner recruitment or partnership process with Medivet & Partners through another route at the time of referral.

4.2 Where a candidate is referred by more than one Referrer, Medivet & Partners reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, which referral (if any) is valid.

4.3 Referrals submitted after a Partner Agreement has been signed will not be eligible.

5. Reward

5.1 The Reward for a successful referral is £10,000.

5.2 The Reward becomes payable once the Referred Candidate has signed a Partner Agreement.

5.3 The Referrer must submit a valid invoice and any required supporting information to receive payment. Guidance will be provided by the Partnerships team.

5.4 Payment will be made following receipt of a valid invoice and completion of internal payment processes.

5.5 The Reward is non-transferable and payable only to the Referrer.

6. Exclusions and limitations

6.1 No Reward will be payable where:

• the Referred Candidate was already known to Medivet & Partners through another source, including direct application, internal identification, or agency introduction;
• the referral was not submitted in accordance with these Terms;
• the Referrer is ineligible under clause 2.3; or
• the referral is submitted after the Referred Candidate has signed a Partner Agreement.

6.2 Medivet & Partners’ decision regarding eligibility and qualification for the Reward is final.

7. Tax

7.1 The Referrer is responsible for any tax, VAT, or other liabilities arising from receipt of the Reward.

7.2 Medivet & Partners does not provide tax advice. 

8. Data protection

8.1 The Referrer must ensure they have obtained the Referred Candidate’s consent before sharing their personal data.

8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Medivet & Partners’ privacy notice.

9. Changes to the Scheme

9.1 Medivet & Partners reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time where reasonably necessary.

9.2 Any changes will not affect Rewards that have already become payable prior to the change.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10.2 Subject to this, Medivet & Partners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Scheme.

11. General

11.1 These Terms do not form part of any employment or Partner Agreement.

11.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will continue in force.

11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
