Exceptional treatment from an outstanding team who were all so professional, caring, compassionate and calm. I could not have wished for a better experience at a time when I was very worried about my little working cocker who had just eaten rat poison. I am hugely grateful to them all for responding so quickly, kindly and efficiently.

My little working cocker had eaten some rat poison. I managed to get to the vets within an hour and she was treated immediately which will hopefully have given her a much better chance of a quick recovery. The staff were all absolutely exceptional in their kindness, their compassion, their professionalism and their calm and were so caring of both my dog and me. I couldn't have had a better and more reassuring experience - everyone went above and beyond the call of duty and I am so grateful to them all.

Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. My cat is always so well behaved & calm for every visit because the practitioners are so nice xx
