No acknowledgment on arrival. Waiting area was filthy. The vet was rude. The check up was not thoroughly done. Nose, ears, feet, glands not checked.

We cannot complain about the care that our dog received for an itchy ear and know that vet fees in this area of London are expensive but £156 for a short consultation and two doses of ear drops? Really?

No complaints apart from the extortionate cost. We paid £156 for a short consultation and two doses of ear drops. Our dog had an itchy ear and mild infection. I wish we'd waited a day or so to get home to our own local vets where prices are much more reasonable.

Have been a Medivet Customer for more than 10 years (First Richmond, then Battersea) and they have always taken great care of my pets. The team at Battersea are always attentive - the vets caring - and experience always positive. Even so, my pup always stops at the door wanting to go in (shocking…) We’ve moved out of the area - but I can only highly recommend the team!
