The lady on the phone is absolutely useless. I am a new customer, asking about some information regarding a health certificate, after se put me on hold for 3 times, she is telling me she can’t give me no information unless I don’t register online! With someone answering the phone like this , all your customers will disappear! Good luck!

You can get much better value for money and service elsewhere in Wandsworth. 2 years of trying with them to get an inhaler for my clearly asthmatic cat. They kept pushing and pushing for tests when we had all the evidence needed and the attacks were getting worse. Moved vets and within 2 weeks, our little guy had an inhaler ordered and is now asthma attack free. I was paying for the monthly subscription for 2 years which covers the cost of vaccinations each year. Our cat’s vaccination was due in October 2022….we received an apology that the vaccine reminder wasn’t sent to us in March 2023 (5 months late)! He missed the 15 months mark because of this and now has to restart his vaccinations completely rather than a yearly booster. What a waste of money. Unfortunately chains like this care far more about income than the welfare of the animals. Very happy we changed vets.

The Ladys on reception really are a Joy to deal with so friendly and hard working they really keep the surgery working like clockwork. The Vets are really helpful and have looked after Teddy our little Maltese with care and Attention . I think its Important to give people credit were its Due. Thank you for looking after our little prode and joy. Kenny X

Dr Miha and the Medivet Battersea team has been looking after my poochon, Lilly, since she has been a puppy. I am grateful for their care and attention. Lovely team, and the practice is easily accessible.

I am super pleased with you guys. The reception team are amazing, special shout to Aimee and Sharon. The vets Miha, Ozlem and Nicholas always soooo kind and helpful, they all look after my little baby like their own.

Our kitten was sick and they were able to make time for us straight away and diagnosed the problem with blood tests within a few hours

Came in the other day with my fur baby and the treatment I received from the receptionist Amy was fantastic. She was very welcoming, bubbly and helpful and despite looking busy with tasks took the time to get us settled and get us all booked in and answering questions we had about our appointment. What an great way to start our appointment and her attitude really turned our day around when we were not having the greatest of day. It's amazing how a little kindness can go a long way. The appointment itself went well, the vets we're knowledgeable, professional and keen to help with our understanding. All in all a good visit, but Amy was a real stand out.

Medivet have always been nothing but helpful and kind when it comes to looking after my pup. The whole team really care about our pets and are super friendly and knowledgeable; it’s lovely to have them as part of the neighbourhood and they feel that way too!
