Unfortunately Dr.Miha doesn’t work there anymore. Nobody text or email about prices increases!!! After 6 years of visiting regularly to pick up the Cytopoint I been told rudely that clinic is under different management and prices are increasing!!! For cytopoint literally double !!! Sorry only student left work at Battersea … Definitely not worthy!!! This clinic with no experienced Dr . Miha is just overpriced clinic with staff that they practicing on our pets .

I’m so disappointed. 7 years I been visiting the clinic and 6 years my dog was on Cytopont. Yesterday I when there to buy like I do every 2 months and the receptionist ask double price with the answer that clinic is under different management so they have different prices!!!! Nobody email or text that clinic will charge the prices. Dr. Miha doesn’t work there anymore so unfortunately this kids that they work there is not worthy to pay the prices that Medivet Battersea have now. And with this reception attitude I’m taking my dog to a different clinic immediately!!!

My cat is extremely anxious going to the vets and understandably we had to wait 45 minutes to be seen due to another emergency in the practice. It would have been nice to be contacted when this happened in advance so we could have postponed the appointment until later. Having to wait an even longer time in the heat my cat was very unhappy, panting and went to the toilet in his basket. The vet was anxious to touch him or properly examine him. It was not a great experience all round and ended by saying he may need dental work that could cost up to £1000 despite him not properly examining him. He had taken his gabapentin a few hours before which usually calms him a lot but the whole experience was honestly not great. I’m considering other practices and whether my membership is worth that experience.

We would a transcript from the appointment with next steps. A lot was discussed but we have no written or recorded 'notes' from our meeting. We are not seasoned cat owners so this is all new to us. We would appreciate have the advice in writing to be sure we havent missed something. We did buy medication that has dosage information but we would like the post medical advice on diet, how to phasing in and for how long and without treats for how long etc detailed.
