Meet our Partner, Miha Pungartnik
I graduated from the Veterinary Faculty in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2009 and moved to the UK in 2010. I initially worked at a small animal charity, where I gained extensive surgical and medical experience, before joining Medivet Battersea in 2011. I became a Partner in 2012 and have enjoyed the role ever since. Outside of work, I have a “small zoo” at home with several dogs and cats that keep me busy. I also love travelling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and exploring everything London and the UK have to offer.

This branch of Medivet has looked after all my boys, and today I took Cupid in with a limping paw. Of course, I was nervous and anxious whilst Cupid was dancing around, as he knows there are always treats at the vets and other dogs (and today cats) to meet. The vet put up patiently with him trying to give him a slobbering kiss during his examination, but he was quick, professional, and caring, so I left with the right advice and help with his medication. I cannot thank these vets enough for the help they have provided over the course of the last 15 years!

Normally with the Greenwich vet, but was visiting Battersea Park with doggo when he became unwell. Nausea, upset stomach, dizziness - nope! Medivet Battersea fit us in quickly same day and was really helpful with advice, along with medication and the right type of food to get him back to his chaos goblin self. Great experience, would recommend.

Dr. Miha is absolutely wonderful. He has taken such great care of our two cats, BooBoo and Sophie. We've always felt like he genuinely cares for them, not just as patients, but as part of our family. His kindness and expertise make every visit a positive experience, and we are so grateful to have a vet we can trust completely. Highly recommend!
