One could never say Woodlands was the best, but first class compared to Medivet!! Absolutely appalling to say the least! One has to question their actions & which is more important to them, the wellbeing of your beloved pet or the greater dedication to their "till/figures!"... from our personal experience, it very much appears to be the latter!!! That said, James their vet, is absolutely on another level... he goes above, beyond & is excellect! I cannot tell you how valued he is! Such a pity this excellent, trustworthy & dedicated vet is linked with the brand "Medivet!

AVOID AVOID AVOID my 1 year old puppy was attacked and because I wasn’t upto date with my vaccination payment of £11 per month they wanted £111 to clear and then pay for treatment from the dog attack, just shows it’s not about the dogs welfare its all about the money SHAME ON YOU!!

The staff here were very helpful with my dog who had a few illnesses always there to help anyway they could. Wouldn't use anywhere else for my pets

Reception staff and previous Vet James are great. Unfortunately with our recent visit we took our cat in for an examination and diagnoses as she had fallen sick and lost weight, we were met with a new vet where there were some clear communication issues with in regards to language. Did not read any previous notes from the previous check up to be up to date with all necessary information before examining their patient, and immediately suggested something that had already been done weeks prior for a quick cash out it seems. This vet did not even stop to ask us of any symptoms we had noticed with our own cat, before jumping into saying terms such as "tumor" "cancer" "end of life" purely from a visual inspection of weight loss and our cat being old. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in any field of medical practice. Imagine going to the doctors for a rash and they immediately tell you it's skin cancer at a glance, luckily our cat doesn't understand English.
