Very friendly staff and I really felt they were taking extremely good care of my cat. They took detailed notes and listened to what I had to say and were very gentle when doing tests and giving medication.

I don’t even know where to start to be honest. We had been with Churchcroft since December 2020. Our dog has had numerous surgeries for teeth extractions, spaying and luxating patella. We have also had the petplan which includes certain “perks”. Service has been inconsistent throughout the whole time we’ve been with Churchcroft but the bad certainly outweighs the good. After the final nail in the coffin, we’ve now moved to another vets because we can’t trust Churchcroft to provide the service they promise. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to paperwork. Reception staff don’t take proper notes and the practice manager is useless, takes weeks to give follow up calls or just doesn’t bother so you end up chasing and chasing for a response. They’ve plucked a mystery missing charge from a surgery over a year ago and instead of speaking to us, just claimed against our insurance. But they can’t confirm to us what the charge actually relates to. I’ve had to make numerous complaints in the past few years about service, lack of professionalism from vets and other staff and also their blatant over charging and unnecessary add ons. They only care about money! One instance of an overcharge occurred following my dog’s spaying. I realised after my partner paid that they hadn’t applied the petplan discount correctly and overcharged by over £100. It was only when I dissected the itemised bill that I realised and had to chase for a refund. On top of all this George is one of the most arrogant people I’ve come across. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use Churchcroft vets and especially now they’ve been taken over by Medivet.
