I’ve been at this practice since I’ve had my dog, almost 5 years now. I’ve seen multiple vets and some have been better than others.
It was only a annual check up and jabs, but after the vet tried to give my dog his kennel cough nose spray, I was told he’s to aggressive to work with, and that I should hope he never needs urgent care as he would be difficult to work with. My dog isn’t aggressive, just anxious.
I’ve had vets previously who have tried hard to work with him and made him feel comfortable, and I wish I paid attention to the names, so I could give credit where it’s due for the vets who spent some time to at least even try with my dog.
Its become a game of hoping we get the ‘nice one’ when we turn up to his appointments.

I’ve been taking my 2 bunnies to Medivet Benfleet for 3-4 years now. Every 6 months I get reminders to book their check ups, the veterinary staff always do a thorough check of them and handle them with care.

Paulina is excellent. Really cares about our pets and puts our minds at ease. A great vet and very nice person.
All the staff on reception and assistants are also excellent. We would never take our cats anywhere else.
