Very good vets highly recommended They are great with my cat every time she needs to go in for something they always check her health first. Very friendly staff always supportive I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I am grateful they could fit us in, however for the service of cleaning ears & anal glands it cost £114 with no break down - so feel like they take advantage, because they know you love your pet.

After a failed attempt (not told this had failed at the time) to repair our cat's urethra, this veterinary practice sent our cat home with a cone around his head and a dose of pain killers so high that he could barely walk. We was told all was OK and the notes said he'd been "a really good boy". It was clearly false because he couldn't stand and was clearly in severe discomfort when he returned home. One of our other cats had also had this exact operation previously and they gave him nowhere near the same level of pain killer, so they knew something was wrong. The next day our cat was back at medivet and they said there's nothing further they can do, his urethra may explode and it's for the best we put him to sleep, which we did.I feel there should have been more honesty and post operative care from this vet. Instead they seemed to want our cat out of the door before he died. This operation cost £3000. It's just too expensive to investigate further.
