Meet our Partner, Liz Kwint
I’m one of the Partners at Medivet Canvey Island. I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and opened the practice in December 2010. I have a keen interest in exotic species, orthopaedics and reconstructive surgery.
Outside of work, I enjoy wildlife photography and helping with the Medivet Rhino Project in South Africa. I also love spending time with my two Clumber Spaniels and two cats, who certainly keep me busy!
Meet our Partner, Ian Ward
I’m one of the Partners at Medivet Canvey Island. I qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Liverpool in 2001. I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal pain, soft tissue surgery and all aspects of rabbit care.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for long walks with my dogs and enjoying good food, whether cooking at home or eating out.

Took my dog along for his 6 month health check and had a very positive experience. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the practice is spotlessly clean. The vet (Paulina) had a fantastic manner with my dog which kept him calm and co-operative. Would definitely recommend.

Lizzy is a great vet who really cared for my dogs. Very thorough and explained and advised throughout. Receptionists very good as always. Only negative is the awkward parking area. Very easy to block someone in so you need to move the car to let someone out.

The staff are just so friendly. The vet Liz Quin was absolutely lovely. She clearly cares about the animals she treats, and their owners.I would recommend visiting here if you want to feel in safe caring hands.
