I'm delighted with the support I've received from Medivet so far. Staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to put up with my (insescent) questions. Everyone appears to be on top of things, with good communication between members of the team - which makes a refreshing difference. With appointment confirmations and reminders, Medivet makes it easy to keep up with my kittens' care. Pricing is clear and transparent, and I'd recommend the Pet Healthcare plan as providing excellent value.

Absolutely faultless service! Friendly and kind team. Same faces each time and the lovely Jasmine at the desk is delightful. She makes the place very welcoming! Henry the vet is amazing- calm and extremely professional. He gave my dog a thorough examination and explained all the options available without immediately suggesting those that would be extortionate- no unnecessary tests or medications. Just honest advice with space to reflect and think about all the options. Safe and clean practice which is well managed by the practice manager. Really very happy with our visit! 5⭐️

Everyone is just SO lovely, and the vet was just incredible with my cats. And cats are not easy! Plus, they are honest and professional and do not try to upsell products and treatments which are not necessary. I am very happy to have picked this practice to register my kids. Fully recommend :)
