This vet practice is really nice, we moved to this vet this year after a horrible experience at another vets, they are happy and cheerful, treat you and your vet with passion and are willing to spend time to explain things to you, we have a rescue silver Labrador who is very nervous around strange places and people he doesn't know and can be quite vocal, but the staff are patient with him and treat him and myself with care and compassion

My silver Labrador Shadow is a rescue and is very nervous of strange surroundings and people, but the staff are very patient with him and take their time with him and allow him to build his confidence at his own pace and give him treats when he is good

The spot on flea treatment is supposed to be on the back of the neck (according to the instructions), so that the cat cannot wash the area, but instead was put too far back and the cat was washing the area that evening. We were very concerned that we might come down to a dead cat the next morning, because we were told not to touch the area for 24hrs, so it is obviously a dangerous chemical.
The vet and staff were very pleasant though.

Your Vet was absolutely brilliant with my 2 very nervous dogs. They have had a traumatic experience in our last Vets but the lady wee seen (sorry I can't remember her name) was so kind and didn't push them. I can't thank you enough.
