Honestly cannot fault Filipe, Faye and Eva’s care. My dog actually loves coming to the vets and I always leave feeling fully informed of the options for my dogs care and the potential outcomes etc…
I love the practice as we see the same vet each time so Filipe knows my dog and how well he is doing/or not.
We love how quickly we are able to get an appointment and although the practice is more expensive than elsewhere the standard of care and friendliness of the staff means we wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing team, Felipe the vet, Fay the nurse and Ashley and Aoife on reception were all amazing! So professional from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way! Wouldn’t want to go any where else! Thank you! Xx

Would recommend this vets surgery to anyone. Have been having to visit on a regular basis for my old pup for over a year. Each time staff so friendly, helpful and caring. The last month saw significant decline in the pups health, Fay and Philippe could not have been nicer with us. So caring and supportive. Took their time to listen and care for both us and the pup. Can't thank you all enough for the support shown. They all show genuine care for their animal patients and human parents and it shines through. We will be forever grateful and thankful to you all for all you did for us. We are lucky to have a vets with such lovely caring staff in Brough.

Only downside of visit was delay with computer to book follow up and order medication.

We also offer home visits by prior arrangement, and a 24 hour, 7 days-a-week emergency service based at Swanbridge, covered by our own Veterinary Surgeons and nurses.
