I have just heard you don’t have any vet staff working there only have locums. I am sad to hear this. I like to know my dog can be seen by the seem veterinary person at times. So after hearing this I will be checking to see and I may change surgeries. To someone which does have veterinary people employed by the practice.

Though we are very fortunate financially, with all the adverts about looking after your pets, I’m surprised you don’t do a finance plan for those on benefits or low income to encourage the well being of pets

My dogs ears were very infected but the medication that Ernest the vet prescribed for my dog , his ears are so much better and Ernest rang me to find out how my dog was going on with medication which I thought was very nice ,

Very friendly practice. My dog has not as yet had any health issues so I cannot comment . But when she goes for her annual check up I feel the service is personal and thorough

The increasing cost of these routine visits for anal gland expression is becoming unsustainable for us despite being on the healthcare plan

My last practice just used to send out flea and worm treatment when their system said it was due. This was much easier.
