Super friendly, helpful and competent team of vets and reception staff, who made us feel very welcome and, most importantly, handle the health issue of my cat with care and competence.

I agree with some of the other comments. There are reception staff that are brusque unfriendly and uninterested. A smile costs nothing guys ! And the vets also come with a sprinkling of attitude. I rarely use and would rather travel across London to Elizavets ( highly recommend ). Even trying to buy a dog safety collar was met with unpleasantness and indifference 🤷🏼‍♀️

Double check your bill!!! Ask exactly what your being charged for. Have been over charged three times in a row, for prescriptions I have already paid for, or for pet plans that are paid by direct debit at the counter after seeing the vet. These are the times I know about!!! How this happens I do not know. Why it keeps happening is questionable. Check, check and double check!!!!

Very difficult visit today that should have been a simple check up and L4 injection. My dog had to be muzzled for the first time ever as the vet decided she must have an ear infection (despite no symptoms or indication from me) and needed the otoscope rammed far into her ears. I was threatened with a 400£ anaesthesia fee if she didn’t comply. Of course there was nothing wrong. He didn’t ask if we wanted KC vaccine but gave it to her anyway. In the end I had to ask for the L4 injection to be done NOW please, after she didn’t accept his treats for the third time. Very rough handling and over the top shouting and gesturing resulted in a very stressful atmosphere, an appointment that was far too long, and a dog that will be traumatised next time she needs to go to the vets. Unprofessional. Will not be going back.
