Sometimes when entering there is no one on the desk, and you can wait a while before someone comes out. I appreciate staff are busy but a way to alert staff that people are waiting would be helpful.

Appointment was 45 minutes late my dog was not weighed when he should have been before his vaccinations he wasn’t looked a properly and it just felt unprofessional uncaring and rushed. We have decided to move our dog to another vet.

Yes we have since moved our dog to another vet due to being messed around late Appointment and my dog not being cared for properly.

Ana was great with our dog who was very nervous. They fit us in very last minute and she spent lots of time and patience with him gaining his trust.
