I have no time for this vet what so ever, I took my very ill cat there and saw the vet who had no empathy at all. He had no time for me or my pet, I was in tears after he told me how much it was going to cost which I couldn't afford. There was no offer of any alternative help of treatment or payment plan. The cost of treatment was £2.5k with a deposit of half to leave him there!! I left sobbing knowing I couldn't help my family pet as I just didn't have that kind money. The vet was more concerned of the payment, while looking at his watch!! My husband actually took our cat to another vet who tried his best to save our cat but at least he actually wanted to help and tried!!

We don't use MediVet often as it's slightly further from us than another vet practice. My Sprocker had something embedded in her foot and I was so worried. Our usual vet couldn't see her until 12 hrs later. I didn't feel comfortable waiting that long so I contacted Medivet who we use on occasion. The receptionist, Nicola, managed to get her an appointment within an hour. Unfortunately the foreign object couldn't be taken out and she needed surgery. Bogdan was very accommodating to all our concerns. The care Poppy got was amazing from the vet to vet nurse. In fact, all the staff there are so kind, friendly and accommodating. I can't praise them enough and will be using MediVet as our primary veterinary practice moving forward. Knowing our pooch, the next appointment won't be too far away.

Very good vets. We have been taking our two cats to Medivet Chelmsford for more than 10 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, easy to book appointments, and they treat our pets with care. Would recommend.

I have a diabetic Rottweiler and his not very good with strangers. He don’t make vet life easy but he still gets very good care . All staff are friendly , caring , loving and never do enough to help .
