All of the staff at Medivet take great care of Indy. This was a routine visit and she was greeted by the vet nurse who came from behind reception for a quick cuddle with her and Alison the vet took the time to chat about and compliment Indy's temperament and clearly remembers her and my previous dog well, whilst she was running through her routine check and vaccination procedures.

Took my very poorly, eggbound lovebird, Bobby, to Medivet as my old vet told me they no longer treat birds. Very frustrating as my bird was clearly sick, and i was very worried. All of the staff, whether it was reception or vet, were fantastic from first contact. Full examination, food supplements, painkillers, and calcium. Within 4 days, the obstruction was cleared, and normal service has been resumed. Thank you so much, Dr. Megan and the brilliant team at Medivet. Highly recommended.

Got dragged all the way there by my dog, who raced in, jumped right up on the reception counter and begged for a treat. That probably says all it needs to say, really.
