As always, Sarah was so wonderfully helpful and friendly. She always goes above and beyond to help and is so lovely to Boris.
Francesco is the most open and honest vet I have had the pleasure of meeting. He always answers our questions and concerns with the utmost sincerity and transparency, no matter whether the answer is positive and negative. We always completely trust Boris is in his safe and capable hands.

A brilliant service which is 2nd to none in every respect. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and obviously CARE care very much for the animals. My little dog had to have a cruciate ligament repair. There was very little scarring and quite frankly I don’t know how the Vet managed it. I will put some pictures up to show you her operation immediately Post operative. I’d like to say thank you to Francesco and all his staff for the CARE consideration and advice. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

The staff at this practice are second to none. My little dog needed a cruciate ligament repair and the service and operation were superb. There was very little scaring and she had obviously found the staff very comforting. The advice given prior to and Post operation were excellent. I couldn’t recommend them more in every respect. Francesco the Vet is very tolerant with giving good advice and comfort for both the dog and the Owner. Thank you very much for the service so far.

Appt started late which meant waiting area was a little crowded but the vets explained that they had been dealing with 2 emergencies so not an issue.
