NOT A CAT FRIENDLY PRACTICE We came with our cat presenting with vague non-specific symptoms and saw Steffano. Our cat is 8kilo and skittish. His examination of him was brief, flimsy and gave my husband and I both the impression he couldn’t be bothered with him. We were also disappointed in the premises location. It is on a busy timber yard with heavy machinery flitting around and a heavy smell of wood chemicals. Inside there is no separate waiting area for cats. These factors makes a visit for an already sick/injured cat and other small fury’s even more stressful. This is a predominant dog practice in my opinion. Would never use again. Have since used The Cardiff Cat Clinic who are excellent. The reason I gave 2 stars in my review is due to the lovely receptionists/nurses and the (relatively new graduate) Italian vet who is charming.

We are very satisfied with this veterinary practice. They are polite, efficient and caring and very obviously love our dog, whose three litters of puppies they cared for.

Highly rate and recommend this practice. Gianmarco the Vet was super lovely and helpful, and the girl on reception was really helpful and lovely too. I cannot thank this practice enough for their help!
