Excellent friendly service. Have been with Medivet for 11 years and the Croydon branch specifically for 6. Have been very very happy with their care for our cat. I strongly recommend their plan which includes check ups, vaccinations and flea/worm treatments.

Always happy with the care, the vets manner (we usually see a different vet each time), the records kept, the appointment and medication prompts and the friendly staff.

Great experience! I needed to chip my cat the other day and gave a call to this practice. The lady from reception was super friendly and booked the appointment in no time. Getting to the practice, the cat got stressed and soiled itself, so I was quite worries. Going inside, the lady just asked if she could clean my cat and even put an extra towel for the cat's comfort! The appointment itself was straightforward. The vet explained all the facts, did the implantation, registered the chip and was available for any questions I had. Paying was easy and without stress. What I appreciated? The kindness, the motherly-not-bothered-about-mess attitude of the ladies and the relaxed comforting way of talking to you! Would I recommend? Definitely 10/10!
