Been to Addiscombe branch 3 times and each time it was a different vet but good. Nurse/receptionist Jo is fantastic and so knowledgeable, even remembers my cats name which makes a huge difference.

This practice is amazing. I was unable to get an appointment a couple of weeks ago last minute so i went to another vets in Croydon. The other vet was so unhelpful and expensive. A week later my dog was still unwell so I bit the bullet and booked to go see Medivet Croydon although money was tight for the month. Its been two days since i saw the vet at Medivet and my dog has nearly recovered. Not only was the vet amazing the lady on the front desk was lovely. I can't remember her name it may be Jo. Thank you all so much you can really see you have a passion for what you do and care. 10/10 amazing people.

Staff are always helpful & friendly but since Medivet took over the business the standard has dropped, the premises now look too clinical, prices have gone up quite considerably and often appointments are cancelled because there is no vet available.

Very friendly, caring staff, go a very quick appointment although no urgent. Gave good advice and genuinely care about the animals and pets. Been with them for years and would definitely recommend.
