Fantastic care and so so friendly The way they Look after my blind dog is amazing but they don’t just care about Cookie they care about me as well and make sure that I am happy and comfortable whilst waiting

I can honestly say there is nothing more that the practice could possibly have done to make me happier with the care of my dog

Had to find a vet for Cat dental in October 2025 urgently that had on-site x-ray as our referral was way too slow (and expensive) so I called them because I knew they had this. They gave us appointment after my call within 3 (yeah three) workdays and we could have our teeth sorted. I spent the day there, the whole team were very nice and friendly and I got updates about the ops as it went on, this has put me at ease. Since then I booked a similar appointment for my other babe, she is a difficult case as she has anxiety (very high levels), again, I spent the day there and got a similarly lovely experience, also the people turning up with their pets were also very nice, and chatty, so it was a pleasant waiting. We had to go back to do some extra polishing recently due to some teeth-formation-uniqueness, now waiting for the healing to see if all our mouth-problems got sorted or not. The place is very clean and tidy. The shelf is restocked. Dr Suzy and Dr Selvy are both great human beings as well as great professionals, Alicia, Emma, Lauryn and the rest of the team (I am sorry if I didn't get all names right and also where I do not remember someone's name - you are all very lovely x) did a good job and were incredibly good listeners and always promptly tried to address our needs and asks - if it was a new appt or requesting history to be sent to other vet etc. Really warm and good experience. I felt the whole time they treated us well and all our questions and problems got discussed thoroughly. Thank you so much. While waiting, the only complaint I overheard was someone not getting their prescription right, the worm tablets were missing, but when they raised this on the spot with the staff, it got sorted, although they were still not happy that the prescriptions were for 3 months instead of 6, which is understandable. But these kinda prescription things happen with all vets so I would not blame these lovely people. They are very busy in general and now one practice (I think Wexham) in Slough has reopened the team is sort-of split between the two locations to try to deliver the great care they did in the past.

We benefitted from and were grateful for a medivet money off voucher to reduce the costs but otherwise the visit would have been very expensive !

The care here for my dog was excellent and the staff were so considerate and friendly.

After my dog eating 3 mince pies on 28th December 2025, Harry and his nurse stayed on past closing to deal with my dog. We were very grateful for this and left happy that it was no longer life threatening.

We visited various Medivet practice throught the years but the Denham practice is always our favourite. Although we don't leave very close to the practice we always make sure to take the appointment there as we really like how our pets are cared for and they never feel stressed to see the vet, they feel happy. My very old cat was injured a couple of years back and he could have lost his life if it wasn't for the love,care and professionalism of the staff at Denham. From the receptionist to the nurses to the vet ,they all do an amazing work.
