Friendly staff, efficient service and the Vet who looked after my cat was very gentle and caring. As a new customer I was desperate for a local Vet to check over my poorly cat, one call and they booked me an appointment right away. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service from Dinas Vets, particularly Ellie. I had a very very injured hamster and she didn't hesitate to see him as soon as I asked. Giving fantastic treatment, quickly. I love her confidence with small furries! little creatures matter too, and she doesn't treat them with any less love or respect! hamster is now absolutely fine thanks to her!

Had to take my poorly ginger Tom cat (Rusty) to the vets yesterday. We seen Ayse who was so kind and gentle with him and he's making a good recovery now 😿😻

I am glad that you have asked for feedback. I cannot thank your team enough. They have always been approachable and professional from day one of me and my puppy coming to your practice. I have two dogs, one who is registered with yourselves and one somewhere else and your practice far exceeds the other one. In fact I am thinking of bringing my second dog across too. Even though the practice is a little bit further from our home we would rather make the journey for the better more caring practice. Keep up the great work. Special mention to Amy who we have seen on a few occasions, she has been so caring and able to listen and give guidance where needed. I really do wish all practices were as excellent as this one. Please will you make sure the whole team gets a huge thank you from Me and Coco xxx

Amazing vets. We moved to Dinas Vets and it was the best decision we have ever made. They look after my dog so well, she actually loves going there 💗
