I loved the way that the vet I saw took so much time to settle my little dogs as they have become quite nervous. I think one of them is now so laid back the vets is her favourite place 😊

I have no complaints generally. I think you should offer either one or two later evening appointments to at least 7pm or be open on at least two Saturday morning like a lot of other practices.

Whilst I was very happy with the service and definitely happy to pay for the vet expertise, kindness and professionalism. I desperately begrudge £50 for a bandage.
We had to return the second day, for a different vet to remove that £50 bandage at the cost of another £50.

We always receive extremely kind, thorough and professional care from our vet and nurse at the practise. Our dog loves his vet so much his considers it a real treat to see her!
