I’ve ridden horses for over ten years and I have a white tortoiseshell cat called Ollie who lives with my parents and is very feisty.

Adam was an absolutely life saver. He spotted an issue with our dog Cybil that other vets didn’t pick up and saved her. He is an amazing vet and all round great guy. Love him.

I would like to share some feedback regarding Chanel’s appointment.
Overall, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, I feel that there could be a greater level of care and attention during the consultation.
As her appointments take place every six months and I pay monthly, I believe the assessment should be more thorough and detailed. This time, I felt that I needed to point out certain things for them to be checked more carefully, and I didn’t have the same impression of attention as in previous visits, which felt more complete.
Another point was regarding her nails. I asked for them to be trimmed as they were quite long, and this has been done in previous visits without any issues. However, this time I was told it wasn’t necessary, even though I felt they were already long. I prefer this to be done at the clinic, as you have more experience and expertise.
Considering the six-month gap between appointments, I believe the overall check-up should be more thorough.
That said, this was my overall impression of the appointment.
Thank you for your attention.

Love, love, LOVE Medivet Dulwich in particular Inga, she take such good care of my 14 year old tabby cat Sox - I wouldn't want to bring him anywhere else despite no longer living in the area! Thanks Inga for ALWAYS taking care of Sox and me!

Inga is the vet of all vets! She is so kind, helpful just considerate of the customer needs and she absolutely loves animals with the most amazing bedside manner! I've recently moved out of the area and tried a vet closer to where I live in Essex; very disappointed with the treatment and the costs to do nothing! Happy to travel all the way back to Dulwich when Sox (my tabby cat) needs to be seen because Inga actually cares about him and as he's now 14 years old only the best for my old boy and Inga is THE BEST!

My cat wasn't eating or drinking and becoming more lethargic. The vet was very experienced and said he had an infection and temperature. Treated him with antibiotics and pain relief. He started to improve that day. Grateful to the practise.

I had a really positive experience at Medivet a few weeks ago with my dog Stevie, who is usually extremely nervous at the vet. She usually needs to be muzzled for vaccinations as she gets so anxious. Adam and his colleague were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to really understand Stevie and didn’t rush the process at all. They were patient and calm, slowly building her trust, spent time playing with her, and created a relaxed environment. Stevie was able to have her vaccinations without being muzzled or restrained, and she barely even noticed it happening. They truly care about animals and I highly recommend.
