When I arrived a dog and owner were outside, the dog may have been fitting and the owner asked me for help I alarmed staff and they were straight out there and started work on the dog

For the first time I felt as though my cat's annual check up wasn't as thorough as previous years. The vet was new to me and did not know my cat, which was unfortunate as my cat was extremely stressed

The vet did not appear to know any of my cats medical history so clearly had not looked at her notes. He was encouraging us to send her to a vet hospital 50 miles away for thousands of pounds worth of tests. He did not handle my elderly cat very gently.
