My pet is usually quite nervous and tricky to handle but Elle is wonderful with him and our visits are significantly less stressful as a result.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from this veterinary practice, from the moment we made the appointment and all the way through our long journey. Our dog Cassie Gill was on deaths door when we turned up at this surgery. She was an uncontrolled diabetic, with severe glaucoma, dry eye and ulcers along with a blown eye. Our previous veterinary surgery wanted to operate on her, we had two opinions from them and they wanted to remove both of her eyes when she was really poorly. She was skin and bone and barely moving at this stage due to the uncontrolled diabetes. We didn’t think Cassie was ready for surgery so we joined this vets for another opinion. The lady on reception who took our call was amazing and made us an appointment with the best vet in the world Elle. She agreed that Cassie wasn’t ready for her eye surgery and pumped her full of antibiotics and pain killers. Elle managed to get Cassie’s diabetes under control so well that she became strong enough for surgery. Cassie turned corners on every visit to this vet and we finally have our dog back. Cassie is so happy again, she’s playful, enjoys her walks, we have our old dog back again and this is all thanks to Elle. Elle did remove one of Cassie’s eyes but managed to save the other one, although it is no longer functional. Cassie recovered from the surgery in just 10 days, which shows what a great surgeon Elle is. I truly believe that if we had taken Cassie to this vet in the first place she would still have her eye sight. (She had lost it before we found Elle). However if we hadn’t found Elle she would probably no longer be with us. We are forever grateful to Elle, the receptionist who put us with the perfect vet for the job and all the staff who have supported Cassie through her journey. Elle also supported me and my husband throughout the whole journey always taking us into consideration as well as Cassie. Ella saved her eyes for as long as possible. All the staff are amazing especially Ells who spend so much time building trust and a bond with our dog Dougie who everyone knows!

Went to have my English Bull Terrier and my Jack Russell checked over great service very friendly and Gordon is a no nonsense straight talking vet Brilliant.

Great Vets friendly staff it makes a change to have lovely helpful receptionist and a special shout out for Gordon a proper no nonsense vet.

My cat was seen by a lovely vet who checked him over thoroughly. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing.
