Friendly, caring and professional. They care for our puppy Willow. Prior to that they cared for our cat Chunky for 10 years. The staff is second to none. The way they cared for our cat and us when we had to put him down last year, we were so touched.

Dispite it being my vist time in a vet clinic. The staff were extremely comforting and helpful. I brought my boy Leo with me for his shots and felt a bit unsure on how the process went about since he happens to be my first ever puppy. The shots were very quick and skilled and I was talked through the process the whole time. The veterinarian asked me lots of follow up questions and gave me tons of advice. Not to mention the lady at the front desk who was very friendly and talkative helped me through the whole process of starting my medivet healthcare plan.

Great service. Easy to book appointment. Dr. Melis is wonderful, smart, knowledgable and intelligent. She also does a great job explaining the diagnosis and the details of each prognosis.

Dr. Melis was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgable and very thorough with the examination. She was very descriptive with her diagnosis, presented multiple prognoses and gave detailed explanations of each one including pros and cons. She genuinely cared about my dogs wellbeing. She was also very respectful and personable. She is truly an asset to your organization.
