I am sure the vets are doing a great job ( I always feel confident in them with my dog) but the practice is not welcoming as it used to be. Gone are the smiling faces on reception and the waiting room although may well be easier to clean is bleak and unwelcoming.

Very pleased with the care for our cat during a late night emergency visit. Solved the problem and took care of her until they were happy she was ready to leave. All staff were friendly and professional, very pleased with their service.

Lovely vet surgery tucked away in Guildford so don’t be put off by address. Staff were lovely and super kind to my very scared little dog

The emergency vet at Guildford was exceptional. So compassionate and professional when we lost our dog in the small hours of the morning. He was also the first vet in 14 years that my dog was completely comfortable with. Thank you so so much

I rang the other day about my elderly cat who needs urgent treatment and I was told I’d be called back later in the day. It has been 2 days without a call back and her condition has rapidly deteriorated, with no contact whatsoever and being left on hold for over 30 minutes. I’ve brought my cats here before and had excellent service however I am severely disappointed with the surgery, especially since they know the condition of our cat.

Receptionist was very lovely and helpful and very patient with other customers. The vet looking after my dog was very clear with his explanations and I felt reassured. He was very gentle and kind when examining my dog and I knew she was in safe hands when I left. He communicated with me throughout the day regarding my dogs condition. Great service, Thankyou

Great practice, currently suffering from the nationwide vet shortage.. all the vets nurses and staff are great friendly and caring.

Brilliant staff and vets, surgery undergoing a refit and whilst it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing, it doesn’t stop the professionalism, love and care for the animals.
