Zasman de vet in the practice is very good, very caring with the dogs . My dog chai didn’t feel frightened on the consultation.

like almost everyone else I believe that vets are outrageously expensive. people who are not comfortably off can no longer afford to keep a pet due to incredible cost rises. in vetinary fees and sadly have to give their away to charities ( who are already under enormous pressure.
sadly it appears that most vets are only interested in profit and not the welfare of the animals.

I couldn’t find a mutual time to give our pet his injection so the receptionist agreed that I could come in and the nurse would give it. I waited some time before saying I had to go in a few minutes, then the receptionist said she was filling in and was really the practice nurse, said she could give him the injection and it was all done really quickly and unstressfully. It was unfortunate that there has been crossed wires and our dog has been booked in with the vet and we therefore had to wait. However once she realised we had to go, she acted very quickly and professionally

I really appreciate the care the Dr and team gave my dog. She is a bit anxious and they treated her kindly to help her feel more comfortable. The pre/post Operation instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Only good things to say about vet Grant and whole team. They are totally professional, kind and compassionate. They really care about the animals and do try to keep costs down wherever possible as far as they can being part of a large chain. Would not hesitate to recommend
