Vets and receptionists always very pleasant. My cats have always been well looked over when going for their check ups/vaccines. Thank you for such lovely service

I had to wait 3 weeks for first vaccination which would bring age to 12 weeks for my Kitten to be vaccinated the I receive a call the day before appointment to cancel based on a national shortage of vaccination!!!! still awaiting a further appointment a further three weeks later ! this is awful, am I expected to wait till kitten is an adult before anything gets done???

Lilly went for her little operation here , the staff are amazing , caring and knowledgeable ,lilly is the only dog iv had who loves going to the vets,, as the staff spoils her ,,

Absolute Disgrace. Worse vets I have ever used. So pleased I have left them now and registered with a reputable vets also in Hellesdon. (there’s only 2 vets in Hellesdon) If you love your pet, be very careful who you choose as your vets. I definitely recommend you avoid this vets. This vets lied to me and will never be trusted again. Just think, as a dog owner who walks in parks everyday and goes to agility clubs etc I will be informing everyone of my very negative experience with these vets for ever. Don’t say I haven’t warned you.
